Swag Bucks Games, Even More Ways To Earn

If you spend a decent amount of time on the Internet and on Facebook, you more than likely have heard of Swagbucks. Several times a day I will see Facebook friends post that they won xx amount of Swag Bucks. I have to admit, at first I ignored them and thought there must be some kind of catch. But as time went on and I kept seeing friends earning I figured it was time to give it a try. So I finally signed up back in September.

If you are not familiar with Swagbucks, here is how it works. They offer several way for you to earn their "bucks". What can you do with these Swag Bucks? Once you have collected enough, you can redeem them for prizes. There are tons of prizes to choose from like gift cards, video games and game consoles, kitchen accessories and so much more. From what I have seen, the most popular prizes are the Amazon.com gift cards. You can pretty much find anything on Amazon so redeeming for their gift cards gives you even more choices.

The most popular and easiest way is probably through Internet searches. Instead of using Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. as your search engine. Every so often when doing these searches you will be awarded some Swag Bucks. I usually get three rewards a day. You can download their free toolbar which make sit that much easier plus you get one Swag Buck every day just for opening the Toolbar. My tip for this feature is stop using your favorites and bookmarks and just use the Swagbucks search. Instead of clicking on my inbox button or my Facebook bookmark, I will type "gmail" or "Facebook" into the Swagbucks search engine in hopes to get rewarded. The more you search the better chance you have.

Internet searches are not the only way to earn some bucks. In addition there are daily polls, surveys, special offers, Swagbucks TV, Trad Ins and so on. The most recent addition, and the most fun, are the new Swagbucks free games. These went live to everyone today, January 13. I am super luck that shortly after I signed up for Swagbucks I was chosen as a beta tester for these games and it has been fun testing them out. The Swag Bucks games are flash games and offer a variety of game styles like puzzle, arcade and word games. The one I have played the most is Snow Day where you toss snowballs up at the clouds.

So how do you earn Swag Bucks while playing games? There are two ways to play: free play and tournaments. With the free play you can be rewarded with between 1 to 5 bucks multiple times a day. I have played for as little as five minutes and received 3 Swag Bucks in return. With tournament play you buy into a game by risking a few Swag Bucks for the opportunity to win a larger amount. I have not ventured into this as I prefer free play. For more information on how the tournaments work you can check out the Swag Bucks Blog.

I still consider myself a newbie in the world of Swagbucks, but I am very happy with the few months I have been there. In the 4 months since I have joined I have earned over 1,500 Swag Bucks, which I am very pleased with. And this is by pretty much only doing searches, polls and games. If you can devote more time then you can earn more. If you are already a member of Swagbucks I encourage you to check out the games. You'll have some fun for sure. Not a member yet? Well then you must sign up! Its easy, free and fun and you have nothing to lose. And I swear there are no catches. When you sign up you will automatically receive 30 Swag Bucks. Plus if you sign up between now and January 14 at 11:59pm PST and use registration code SBGames, you will earn a bonus of 30 Swag Bucks!

Please note that the above registrationcode is for new sign ups only and will not wok for existing members. I am a member of the Swagbucks Bloggers Outreach Program however I was not compensated for this post. The opinions and views expressed here are my own and based on my personal experience with the product. You may encounter a different experience with this than I did. The Swagbucks links included within this post do contain my referral code.
